Obituary: Bruce F. Bell, 89, Russell Co., KY

He was a native of Iowa, but will be laid to rest in his adopted home Jamestown, KY near the many friiends he made here, near his church family. He was a U.S. Army veteran and a retired police captain. He will be accorded Masonic rites by Russell Lodge #284.

Bruce F. Bell, 89, N. Main ST, Jamestown, KY, died Saturday, November 20, 2010, at the Russell County Hospital, Russell Springs, KY.



The funeral service will be Tuesday, November 23, 2010, at 1pmCT, at the H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, 202 N. Main ST, Jamestown, KY, with Bro. Tony Stephens the officiating clergy. Visitation will be after 5pmCT, Monday, November 22, 2010, at the funeral home. Masonic Rites will be conducted by Russell Lodge #284 at 7pmCT, Monday, November 22, 2010, at the H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel. Burial will be in the Jamestown Cemetery, Jamestown, KY.

Bruce F. Bell, Russell Co., KY (1921-2010)

Bruce F. Bell was born November 13, 1921, in Des Moines, Polk Co., Iowa. He was the son of the late Luther Bell and Sylvia Perdue Bell. He died Saturday, November 20, 2010, in Russell Springs, Russell Co., KY, at the age of 89 years and 7 days.

He was a member of the Jamestown Christian Church, Jamestown, KY. He was a retired police captain and was a U.S. Army veteran.

He is survived by a nephew, Ronald Bell, of Indiana; and a special friend Elizabeth and many other friends and church family members.
