By Gary Lane

Click on headline for story plus photo(s)

Harold McKinney, a native of Adair County, was re-elected Boyle County Judge Executive in last week's election.

Harold was appointed to fill a term two and one-half years ago, was elected to fill the remainder of the two hear term in 2008 and now has four more years as the top official in Boyle County.Harold won the election by over 1300 votes in what was never a close race.

During the time Harold has been judge he has dealt with the ice storm of 2009, the flood of 2010. He helped bring broadband internet accessibility to the entire county and is responsible for many other accomplishments.

Adair County should be proud that one of its own has achieved so much in the Boyle County political arena. Gary Lane
