Obituary: Rella Gay Underwood, Taylor Co., KY She was a member of the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, a former employee of Johnny Burkholder Insurance Co. and was a retired employee of the Taylor County School System. Rella Gay Underwood, 73, of Campbellsville, KY, died at 10:14pmET., Monday, November 1, 2010 in Campbellsville, KY. Funeral services for Rella Gay Underwood will be at 11amET/10amCT., Thursday, November 4, 2010 at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon AV, Campbellsville , KY by Rev. Michael Goodwin & Rev. Gary Durham. Burial will be in the cemetery by Pleasant Valley Baptist Church, 6380 Old Lebanon RD, Campbellsville, KY. Pallbearers: Jason Jones, Larry Mardis, Alan Milby, Mike Reynolds, Mark Underwood, and Mickey Underwood. Honorary pallbearers: Brad Akridge, Jason Caulk, Bill Dziepak, Darrell Miller, Bobby Pierce, Travis Price, Melvin Pike, and Jimmy Underwood. Rella Gay Karnes Underwood, Taylor Co., KY (1937-2010) Rella Gay Underwood was the daughter of Jessie Phipps Karnes and the late Richard Karnes. She was born Wednesday, January 27, 1937 in Taylor Co., KY and died Monday, November 1, 2010 in Campbellsville, Taylor Co., KY, at the age of 73 years, 9 months, and 5 days. She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Pleasant Valley Baptist Church. She was a former employee of Johnny Burkholder Insurance Company and a retired employee of the Central Office of the Taylor County School System.She united in marriage to Melvin Ray Underwood October 9, 1959. He preceded her in death November 11, 2004. She is survived by the following:
