John Ford congratulates City Council winners

'Now it's time to make good on all those promises of transparent government, lower taxes, and jobs' -John Ford
About: Gen. Election 2010: Mayor Council winners

To ColumbiaMagazine.com:

John Ford here.

I would like to congratulate all of the winners last night (Nov. 2) and to say that I am proud of the turnout that we had.

It showed that the voters are listening and watching. To the victors I would like to say that the race is over but the work has just begun...now it's time to make good on all those promises of transparent government, lower taxes and jobs.

Now as I turn my attentions to more important things such as work, family and fishing it is time for the new cast of characters to take the stage and show us what they can do.

Good luck and I wish you all the best. - John Ford
