Humane Society lobbying seminar in Russell Springs, KY

Lobby 101 teaches advocacy for animal rights

The Humane Society of the United States. HSUS invites members, supporters and other animal advocates to a free Lobby 101 seminar at 10amCT, October 30, 2010, at Mitchell's Family Restaurant, 2475 Highway 127, in Russell Springs, KY, where participants will learn how to make a tremendous difference for animals in Kentucky. RSVP now for this seminar.

The presentation will cover everything needed to be an effective citizen advocate for animals.



The U.S. Congress and the Kentucky state legislature will consider legislation that would significantly impact animals, such as bills to strengthen animal cruelty laws, stop puppy mills and increase penalties for criminals involved in animal fighting.

Everyone is invited to attend this meeting to support the ongoing efforts to protect the animals of Kentucky and beyond.
