One injured in crash south of Lebanon, KY

Campbellsville driver loses control, leaves highway, strikes wall

Marion County, KY - Trooper Ricky Underwood is investigating a collision that occurred Saturday, October 16, 2010, at 11:40amET, 7 miles south of Lebanon on KY289. The collision occurred when a 1998 Ford, operated by achel Blumenfeld, age 32, of Campbellsville, KY. Blumenthal was traveling northbound on KY289, lost control, left the roadway and struck a rock wall.



Passengers in the vehicle were Nathaniel Blumenfeld, age 11, Rachel Blumenfeld, age 4, David Blumenfeld, age 4, Caleb Blumenfeld, age 8, and Jonathan Blumenfeld, age 6. All occupants were belted/restrained at the time of the collision.

Jonathan Blumenfeld was transported to the Taylor Regional Hospital by Marion County EMS for minor injuries. Trooper Underwood was assisted at the scene by Marion County EMS.
