It's done! Westlake Regional Hospital closes loan for refinancing

Westlake Regional Hospital closed the loans for new financing on all its debt this morning at 9:30amCT, according to Jim Evans, chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Adair County Hospital District.

Chairman Evans, Westlake Regional Hospital CEO Rex Tungate, and Trustee Russell Guy Perkins were in Danville, KY, this morning for the closing at Farmers National Bank.

Payments from the approximately $12.5 million dollar loan are being wired today, he said.

More details will be posted as received from hospital management.
