News from Shiloh Christian Church

Shiloh Christian Church, 239 Shiloh Cemetery RD, had a wonderful Sunday, October 10, 2010 gathering

The occasion was made even more special with the dedication of our unique Shelter of Salvation and Tranquility. Those who saw it Sunday were very, very pleased with it. For those who didn't make it, we extend an open invitation to stop by and view it. The shelter shows up brightly at night. The lighted cross can be seen from KY 80 and that's a reassuring sight to all Christians.

The shelter was built by a company owned Danny Reeves and includes a high percentage of wood he reclaimed from old houses.

Those in attendance were Shaun Curtiss, Danny Reeves, Faye Lee, Marshall Lee, Diane Hall, Simon Wilson, Haylee Claywell, Carol Shaul, Gracie Wilson. Phyllis Reeves, Opal Watson, Bro. Norbert Hall, Juanita Absher, Margaret Hendrickson,

A. J. Hendrickson, Leslie Wilson, Glenn Reeves, Judy Reeves, Nancy Reeves, Linda Kinnett, Flossie Price, Patsy Wilson, Mabel Bryant, Barbara Grider, Susan Rarey, Pat Hare, Mary Coffey, Huston Price, Chris Wilson, Jill Wilson, Louis Reeves, Dennis Reeves

Joe Coffey, Ada Coffey, Joe Hare, Bob and Wendy Burt, Bruce Wilson, James and Naomi Green, Paul Woody Bryant, Nelson and Frances Branham, Gina White.

A joyous day of fellowship was enjoyed by all. -Phyllis Reeves
