Kentucky gets bummer of story as worst run state California only 49th on list, analysis in Wall Street Journal says. To ColumbiaMagazine.com: Forbes posted a real bummer of a story this morning (Friday, October 8, 2010) re: Kentucky. The Worst Run State in America? Not California.
