AARP Driver Safety Program at Metcalfe Library, Oct. 19, 2010

Metcalfe County Library, 200 S Main ST, Edmonton, KY, is sponsoring an AARP driver safety program on, October 19, 2010, from 9am to 1pmCT.

The 4/Hr Course is designed to meet the needs of older drivers (50+) and covers age-related physical changes, declining perceptual skills, rules of the road, and local driving problems (no test).

Automobile Insurance Companies in Kentucky are required to provide a premium discount to graduates of the course.

Cost of the program is $12 per person for AARP members (must have member card) and $14 per person for non-members. To pre-register please call the Metcalfe Co. Library, (270) 432-4981 or Rick Cranford, (270) 565-4077.
