Mrs. Evelyn Cannon Wade, age 93, of Fort Wayne, IN, formerly of Greensburg, KY, passed away on Tuesday, October 5, 2010 in Fort Wayne, Indiana at the University Park Nursing Home.

The funeral service for Mrs. Evelyn Cannon Wade, will be conducted Friday, October 8, 2010, at 10amCT, at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S. Main ST, Greensburg, KY, with burial to follow in the Ladies Chapel Cemetery. The family requests visitation from 4pm-8pmCT, on Thursday, October 7, 2010, at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home.

Mrs. Evelyn Cannon Wade, Green Co., KY (1917-2010)

Mrs. Evelyn Cannon Wade was born Thursday, January 18, 1917 and died Tuesday, October 5, 2010, in Fort Wayne, Allen Co., IN, at the age of 93 years, 8 months, and 17 days.

Survivors include the following:
  • A son: Bobby R. Wade and his wife Teresa Gardner Wade of Fort Wayne, IN

  • Also a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends
The Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S. Main ST, Greensburg, KY in charge of arrangements.
