Obituary: Catherine Frodge, 65, Adair Co., KY

She was a member of Columbia 1st Church of the Nazarene and a former employee of Osh Kosh

Catherine Frodge, 65, of Columbia, KY, died Sunday, October 3, 2010 at 1:35pmCT at the Grandview Nursing & Rehab in Campbellsville, KY.

The funeral service will be Wednesday, October 6, 2010 at 2pmCT at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home , 200 Campbellsville ST, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Scott Ezell officiating. Burial will be in Columbia Cemetery, 315 Campbellsville ST, Columbia, KY.Visitation after 4pmCT, Tuesday, October 5, 2010, at the funeral home.


Casket Bearers: Jimmy Bell, Stacey Akin, Brent Campbell, Randy Rexroat, Jacob Feese, and Ronnie Bell.

Honorary casket bearers: William R. Feese, David Akin, and David Bell.

Catherine Frodge, Adair Co., KY (1945-2010)

She was born Friday, April 13, 1945 to the late Marvin and Lizzie Crawhorn Bell. She died Sunday, October 3, 2010, in Campbellsville, Taylor Co., KY, at the age of 65 years, 5 months, and 20 days.

She was a member of Columbia First Church of the Nazarene and a former employee of Osh Kosh.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a son; Douglas Froedge, seven brothers and a sister Eugene, George Allen, David Mercer, Bill, Steve, James and Carl Bell, and Louise Bell CaldwellSurvivors include the following:
  • Two sons and daughters-in-law: Wendell and Rhonda Froedge, Dean and Claudia Froedge all of Columbia, KY

  • One granddaughter: LaDanna Froedge

  • Two sisters and brothers-in-law: Elizabeth and Carl Froedge, Pauline and Clell Parson all of Columbia, KY

  • A special friend: Pauline Akin of Columbia, KY
Grissom-Martin Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
