Adair Co. Marching Band at Hodgenville, KY today

Competing in prestigious Lincoln Days Invitational Band Contest. Campbellsville University Marching Band will perform. Hodgenville is home of CU's Brockman Center

News from the Adair Co. High School Band


The Adair County Marching Band is competing today.Saturday, October 2, 2010, at Hodgenville, KY, in the Lincoln Days Invitational Band Contest at LaRue County High School, 925 S. Lincoln BLVD, Hodgenville, KY.

The competition will begin at 12:30pmET/11:30pmCT. Adair County will perform at 1:45pmET/12:45pmCT.

Bands at the event, and their performance times, Eastern time, are:


  • 1:00pmET - Caverna, Class A
  • 1:15pmET - Metcalfe County, Class AA
  • 1:30pmET - Danville, Class AA,
  • 1:45pmET - Adair County, Class AAA
  • 2:00pmET - Russell County, Class AAA
  • 2:15pmET - Elizabethtown, Class AAA
  • 2:30pmET - Taylor County, Class AAA
  • 3:00pmET - Ohio County, Class AAAA
  • 3:15pmET - Anderson County, Class AAAA
  • 3:30pmET - Nelson Co., Class AAAAA
  • 3:45pmET - Grayson Co., Class AAAAA
Preliminary Awards will be presented at 4pmET/3pmCT.

Final competition starts at 6:156ET/5:14CT. LaRue County, the host, will perform after the finalist competition is over at 9pmET/8pmCT.

The Campbellsville University Marching Band will perform at 9:15pmET/8:15pmCT.

Awards will be presented at 9:30pmET/8:30pmCT.
