Football: Adair Co. faces team with identical record next

Adair County will face Butler Co. High School, a team which has an identical won loss record, next Friday evening at 7pmCT, Friday, October 8, 2010, at the Adair County Football Field, 623 Indian DR, Columbia, KY.

The home field advantage may be enough to give a win to the Indians, who won their opening game only to fall, later to 1-5 on the season. The latest setback came at the hands of a very tough Edmonson County team in Brownsville, KY, last night. It was a high scoring game. h Adair County doubled its average score, with 14 points for the evening, but that was no match for the 55 points Edmonson posted.

To have a break even season, Coach Eric Graves' Indians will have to sweep the next four games. They have yet to play: Butler Co, Russellville, Hart County, and Russell County.
