Obituary: Margaret Gaines Garmon, 88, Cumberland Co., KY She was a Social Worker for 35.5 years and was a member of the Marrowbone United Methodist Church Margaret Gaines Garmon, age 88, of Marrowbone, KY, passed away Wednesday September 29, 2010 at The Cumberland County Hospital, in Burkesville, KY. The funeral services will be conducted Saturday, October 2, 2010 at 11amCT in The Memory Chapel of Norris-New Funeral Home, 601 N. Main ST, Burkesville, KY, with Bro. Neil Janes and Bro. Seth Denney officiating. Burial will follow in The Marrowbone Cemetery. Visitation is after 5pmCT, Friday, October 1, 2010, and until the funeral hour Saturday, October 2, 2010, at Norris-New Funeral Home in Burkesville. Margaret Gaines Garmon, Cumberland Co., KY (1922-2010) She was born Sunday April 9, 1922 in Logan Co., KY. She was the daughter of William J. and Marion Simmons Gaines. She died Wednesday, September 29, 2010, in Burkesville, Cumberland Co., KY, at the age of 88 years, 5 months, and 20 days. She was a Social worker for the Department of Human Resources for 35.5 and a member of The Marrowbone United Methodist Church.
