Russell Co., KY will help neighbors through Pumpkin Crisis Mr. Ed, According to Mary Joe and her co-workers of French Valley Farm, Saturday morning, there is no shortage of pumpkins in Russell County. Come and buy all you want. Other counties experiencing shortages, large or small, are coming to Russell County everyday.
