Obituary: Rick Bailey, 56, Adair Co., KY He was a member of the Free Union Separate Baptist Church and was a member of the Gospel group God's Children. He was a salesman for Alton Blakley Honda in Somerset, KY. He was a US Navy veteran and will be accorded full military honors by VFW Post 6097. Rick Bailey, age 56 years of Sulphur Creek Road, Columbia, KY, passed away suddenly Thursday, September 16, 2010 at his home. The funeral service will be Sunday, September 19, 2010 at 2pmCT at Stotts- Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Jim Goff and Bro. Wendell Hadley officiating. Interment will be in the New Hope Cemetery, 131 New Hope Church RD, Columbia, KY, with full military honors presented by VFW Post 6097. The family request visiting after 4pmCT on Saturday, September 18, 2010, at at the funeral home. Rick Bailey, Adair Co., KY (1953-2010) Rick Bailey was the son of Dewey and Glenna Redmon Bailey. He was born Thursday, October 8, 1953 in Elizabethtown, Hardin Co., KY, and died Thursday, September 16, 2010, in Columbia, Adair Co., KY, at the age of 56 years, 11 months, and 8 days.
