Main ST, Burkesville, KY, with a graveside service following at Chestnut Grove Cemetery. Ronnie Dale Perkins, age, 60 of Mesa AZ, formerly of Cumberland Co., KY, passed on Saturday, December 5, 2009 in Mesa, AZ.
