Obituary: Brandon Wayne Morgan, 15, Green Co., KY

He was a member of the Russell Creek Missionary Baptist Church. He was a sophomore at the Green County High School Class of 2013. He was also a member of Skills USA.

Brandon Wayne Morgan, 15, of the Exie Community of Green Co, KY, departed this life on Tuesday, September 7, 2010 at the Jane Todd Crawford Hospital, Greensburg, KY, due to injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.

The funeral services for Brandon Wayne Morgan will be conducted at 1pmCT, Friday, September 10, 2010 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S. Main ST, Greensburg, KY, with burial to follow in the Greasy Creek Cemetery. Bro. David Dickens, Bro. Dennis Penick will be officiating. Visitation is requested from 3pm to 9pmCT, Thursday, September 9, 2010 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home and after 7amCT , Friday until time of the funeral service.



Pallbearers: Wayne Morgan, Jerry Morgan, Jon MorganTerry Morgan, Ronnie Russell, Marty Russell, Josh Morgan, and Travis McCubbin.

Honorary pallbearers: Brittany Morgan, Taylor Russell, Thomas DeSpain, Wesley Patterson, Thomas Yates, David Judd, Brandon Snow, Justin Snow, Class of 2013.

Brandon Wayne Morgan, Green Co., KY (1995-2010)

Brandon Wayne Morgan of the Exie Community of Green Co, KY, son of Jerry Wayne Morgan and Regina Quinn Russell Morgan of Exie, was born on Tuesday, May 2, 1995 in Taylor Co, KY, and departed this life on Tuesday, September 7, 2010 in Greensburg, Green Co., KY, He was 15 years, four months and five days of age.

He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Russell Creek Missionary Baptist Church. He was a sophomore at the Green County High School Class of 2013. He was also a member of Skills USA.

Other survivors include the following:
  • His grandparents: Ronnie and Ramona Russell, Jerry and Faye Morgan all of the Exie Community

  • A great-grandmother: Margaret Judd of Exie

  • A sister: Brittany Morgan of Green County, KY

  • Aunts and uncles: Terry and Angela Morgan, Jon Morgan, Marty and Tanya Russell all of Exie

  • And a host of other relatives and many friends.
Expressions of sympathy is suggested to the Brandon Morgan Memorial Fund or the charity of your choice, which can be made at the funeral home.
