Injury collision Mon. Sept. 6, 2010 at Burkesville ST and Bypass Driver, husband taken to Westlake Regional Hospital By Jason Cross, Chief of Police News from the Columbia, KY, Police Department An injury collision occurred on Monday, September 6, 2010, at the intersection of the Columbia Western Bypass and Burkesville ST. England's vehicle struck Harrison's and spun out of control and overturned. England and her husband John were transported to Westlake Regional Hospital, Columbia, KY, by Adair County EMS.
