Honda motorscooter rider injured in Russell Co., KY

Driver was not wearing helmet; transported to Russell Co. Hospital, Russell Springs, KY for treatment

Russell Co, KY - Trooper Bryan Shepard of Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY, is investigating an injury collision which occurred at 4:55pmCT, Friday, September 3, 2010, on Wolf Creek RD, 10 miles East of Russell Springs, KY.



Timothy Patrick, age 50, of Cincinnati, OH was operating a 2011 Honda Motorscooter southbound on Wolf Creek Road when he failed to negotiate a curve and left the roadway, striking a ditch.

He was not wearing a helmet. Patrick was transported to Lake Cumberland Hospital in Somerset by Russell County EMS with non life threatening injuries.
