Driver injured in two vehicle collision in Metcalfe Co, KY Crash occurs just past noon, today By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY Metcalfe Co., KY - Trooper Ricky Brooks of Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY, is investigating a collision that occurred at approximately 12:35pmCT, Friday, September 3, 2010, three miles south of Summer Shade on KY 163/Tompkinsville RD. The collision occurred when a 1985 Oldsmobile operated by Lucia Kisamore age 31 of Glasgow, KY, was southbound on Ky 163 and was struck in the right front by a 1996 Subaru operated by Coty Belcher, age 19 of Edmonton, KY. Belcher and four passengers Enoch Parnell age 18 of Horse Cave, KY; Benjamin Haste age 19 of Edmonton, KY; Travis Harper age 20 of Summer Shade, KY, were all belted with no injuries. Lucia Kisamore was also belted and was treated at Monroe Medical Center, Tompkinsville, KY.Trooper Brooks was assisted at the scene by Trooper Bobby Maxwell and the Summer Shade rescue squad.
