Overcorrection factor in injuries to four By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY Lebanon, KY -Trooper John Adams is investigating a one vehicle injury collision which occurred at 5:40pmET, August 24, 2010 approximately 1 mile North of Lebanon, KY, on St. Mary's Highway. A 2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer operated by Ashlee Nevius, age 27, Lebanon, KY, who was belted, was traveling North on St Mary's Highway when she swerved to miss a vehicle which was in her lane of traffic. Nevius overcorrected and then overturned. Three passengers, Austin Daugherty, age 8; Baylee Tungate, age 6; and Nichola Tungate, age 3 were restrained. Nevius and all passengers were transported to Springview Hospital by Marion County EMS where they were treated and released. Trooper Adams was assisted at the scene by Trooper Fred Cornett, Marion County EMS, and Marion County Rescue.
