Campbellsville, KY man injured in Sat., Aug. 21, 2010 crash

Driver loses control of vehicle, which leaves roadway, overturns, and strikes a utility pole in front of 508 Lebanon AV, Campbellsville, KY.

On Saturday, August 21, 2010 at approximately 11:50pmET, a 1995 Chevrolet Tahoe being operated by 22 year old Justin W. Cox of Campbellsville, KY, was traveling southbound on Lebanon Avenue.



Cox lost control of his vehicle causing it to overturn. As the vehicle left the roadway it struck a utility pole in front of 508 Lebanon Avenue. Cox was transported to Taylor Regional Hospital by Campbellsville Taylor County Rescue.

Cox was charged with Driving Under the Influence 1st offense.

Agencies involved were Campbellsville Police Department, Campbellsville Taylor County Rescue, and the Campbellsville Fire Department,

Campbellsville Police Department Officer Bryon Simpson was the investigating officer.
