Columbia, KY - The Lindsey Wilson College community celebrated the opening of its first football season of 2010 on Saturday night.
After a 75-year hiatus, LWC will resume playing American football on September 4, 2010. But on Saturday night the LWC community celebrated the 21st consecutive season of European football, known in America as soccer.

Reuling Stadium. The Blue Raiders - who won the programs eighth NAIA national title last season - won the match, 1-0, extending their winning streak from last season to 13.
The Blue Raiders Men's Soccer team's next game at home at Walter S. Reuling Stadium, 151 Holloway DR, Columbia, KY, is at 7:30pmCT on Friday, September 10, 2010, against Auburn (AL) University-Montgomery.
