Big Bluegrass Festival in Russell Springs, KY, Aug. 20-21, 2010 The 7th Annual Lake Cumberland Bluegrass Festival, will be Friday and Saturday, August 20-21, 2010, at the KOA Campground, 1440 HWY 1383, Russell Springs, KY. The event is big and is growing each year, according to Moochie Hart. This year, the organizers are hoping for a record year in 2010, and are expecting this year's attendance to surpass even the 1,200 plus which have enjoyed past festivals. Friday, August 20, 2010
