Obituary: Geraldine Loveless, 82, Adair County, KY

Geraldine "Jerry" Loveless age 82 years of 605 Burkesville Street, Columbia, KY passed away Tuesday, August 17, 2010 at 10:30amCT at the Jane Todd Crawford Hospital in Greensburg, KY after a short illness.

The funeral service will be Friday, August 20, 2010 at 11amCT at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY, with Dean Roach officiating. Interment in the Lebanon National Cemetery, 20 Highway 208, Lebanon, KY. The family will receive friends after 10:00 A.M. on Friday at the funeral home



Geraldine "Jerry" Loveless, Adair Co., KY (1928-2010)

She was the he daughter of the late John and Margaret O'Brien McCoy of Buffalo, Erie Co., NY. She was born on Saturday, March 31, 1928 and died Tuesday, August 17, 2010, in Greensburg, Green Co., Ky, at the age of 82 years. 4 months, and 17 days.

She was preceded in death by her husband Paul Loveless on June 14, 2010. She is survived by the following:
  • One daughter: Debbie Coogan and husband Kevin of Nipoma, CA

  • Two grandchildren: Jason Hickey and Don Stone

  • Two brothers: Howie McCoy of New York and Don McCoy of California

  • And several nieces, nephews and a host of friends
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Linda Pastor in 1998; five brothers: Al, Ray, Frank, Mont and Johnny McCoy; and one sister: Virginia McCoy.

Mrs. Loveless was a homemaker.
