Obituary: Michael England, 32, Adair Co., KY He was a former member of the Adair County Rescue Squad and was of the Baptist faith. He was a mechanic by trade Michael "Booger" England, 32, Columbia, KY, died Sunday, August 15, 2010, at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown, KY. Graveside services will be Wednesday, August 18, 2010, at 12:30pmCT, at Leatherwood Cemetery, 2005 Leatherwood Church RD, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Mike Akridge officiating. Visitation will be on Wednesday, August 18, 2010, after 10amCT until 12 noon at the Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville ST, Columbia, KY. Michael "Booger" England, Adair Co., KY (1978-2010) Michael "Booger" England was born, Monday, February 20, 1978 and died August 15, 2010, in Elizabethtown, Hardin Co., KY, at the age of 32 years, 5 months, and 26 days. He is survived by his mother and step father, Carol and Coy Bennett of Columbia, and the following:
