Steve Beshear has re-appointed Lt. Col. Michael R. Sapp, Columbia, KY, and Lt. Col. Mitchell J. Bailey, Campbellsville, KY. to the Kentucky Emergency Response Commission to serve for terms expiring April 17, 2012. Lt. Col. Sapp is the director of the Operations Division for the Kentucky State Police. He represents Kentucky State Police on the board.Lt. Col. Bailey, of Campbellsville, KY, of the Kentucky State Police represents vehicle enforcement.The two are among 13 re-appointments announced by the Governor on Friday, August 13, 2010.
