Another writer from Knifley anxious for high speed internet About: Resident one block off KY 551 still living with dialup To ColumbiaMagazine.com: I also have dial-up in Knifley. I have asked and even begged for 2 years to add high speed internet here. One of my neighbors that only lives 300-400 ft down the road one way and another neighbor about 1/2 mile up the road both have high speed. But the ones in between do not. Strange isn't it. I am so tired of having dial-up. s/Lynn Rush If you're tired of waiting, you might petition the Columbia-Adair County Utilities District to get the service to you.
