Carol Perkins article on School Bullies draws interest

After posting the article last week on School Bullies, Part I, we received the following letter:
I was wondering how I could get in touch with the lady that posted this article. I have a niece who has been bullied since the 6th grade and we have asked for her to be home schooled and they tell us they can't let us do that. I was thinking with this lady's help and knowledge maybe we can finally get this child home schooled to stop what she is going through. This child has been in mental hospitals because of it and also had a problem with cutting herself. So please if there's any way what so ever to get in touch with her please have her call me . . . Any help would be greatly appreciated."
The letter was signed, and an Adair County telephone was given. We're forwarding the letter to Carol Perkins as requested by the sender. A second article on the subject will be posted today, Sunday, August 15, 2010.
