School pizza lunch could have been even healthier About: Thinks balanced diet in home and school needed To ColumbiaMagazine.com: There were other healther items I could have loaded my plate with such as fresh grapes, and apple sauce in my defense I did get salad and corn which were very good for me. And I could have had baked chips to replace the corn, if I wanted to eat healthy. I wanted good. I actually was very impressed with the spread they had available. I could have had Pizza, Apple Sauce, Grapes and a Salad, and actually the wonderful lunch lady wanted me to have the apple sauce and grapes, which would have been better for me; but I was in the mood for Rice Crispy treats!
