A number of events are being cancelled this weekend because of the heat and for reasons of respect. A reminder: CM treats cancellations as Events.

If the Event being cancelled was posted on CM, use the contact button with the event so we can handle the cancellation expeditiously
If the Event being cancelled has not been posted on CM, please include the message that the event is being cancelled PLUS the 5W's and an H, including Street Number and Address of the venue where the event would have been held.

When asking for a cancellation posting, please include complete contact information, including the phone number and email, in case we need more information or need to verify. -EW
