Flags at Half Staff

NOW THEREFORE, I Ann Melton, Adair County Judge/Executivem by virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and in accordance with provisions of KRS 39A to 39F, applicable Kentucky Administrative Regulations, do hereby order and direct the following:
All flags in Adair County are to be flown at half-staff from Friday, August 13, 2010 thru Monday, August 16, 2010, in remembrance of Ms. Hillary Hadley.
