Remembering Dana Garrett Bradshaw: She was an inspiration

About: Obituary: Dana Garrett Bradshaw, 86, Cumberland Co., KY

By Sue Stivers

Dana Bradshaw was a beautiful lady inside and out.

During the years I worked in Cumberland County, she, her husband and daughters were like "family" to me.

She was a great 4-H leader...always made time to volunteer to help the Marrowbone School 4-H club members.

Dana was my encourager... my inspiration...and role model. Throughout my 40 plus years in Columbia/Adair County, every time I saw Dana and Edwin they never failed to tell me how much they loved and appreciated me and always thanked me for the positive impact that I made, not only on youth and families, but the entire county.

There is truly a void in my life in the loss of Dana and Edwin, but I am thankful for their love and friendship since 1966.-Sue Stivers
