KSP officer arrests Marion man
on attempted murder charge

Kentucky State Police responded to 1495 McElory Pike in Marion Co., KY on Sunday, July 25, 2010 in reference to a shots fired complaint. At the scene, Trooper John Adams was able to make contact with Joseph Brady (age 46) of Lebanon, KY.




Through investigation, it was discovered that Mr. Brady had been armed with a shotgun and been involved in an altercation with a family member. Mr. Brady was subsequently arrested by Trooper Adams for (Attempted) Murder and lodged in the Marion County Detention Center, Lebanon, KY. The investigation is continuing by Trooper Adams of Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY.
