Margaret Adean Spears, 72, Greenwood, IN, formerly of Russell Co., KY, died Wednesday, July 21, 2010, at her residence.

The funeral will be Saturday, July 24, 2010, at 11amCT, at Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 Main ST, Russell Springs, KY, with Rev. Billy Dunbar the officiating clergy. Visitation will be after 9amCT, Saturday, July 24, 2010, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Clear Springs Cemetery in Russell Co., KY.

Margaret Adean Spears, Russell Co. native (1938-2010)

Margaret Adean Spears was the daughter of the late Enola Swanson Gaskin and Adelmer Gaskins. She was born Monday, July 19, 1938,, died Wednesday, July 21, 2010, in Greenwood, Johnson CO., IN at the age of 73 years and 2 days.

She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmie L. Spears.

She is survived by the following:
  • Two sons: Gary Conover, Indianapolis, IN; and Michael Conover, Greenwood, IN

  • One daughter: Terry Conover, Indianapolis, IN

  • Two grandsons: Michael Conover, Jr.; and Bradley Wheeler.
Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Garnett Gaskins.

Bernard Funeral Home, 367 Main ST, Russell Springs, KY, in charge of arrangements.
