Adair Fiscal Court Accepting Bids for Security Camera System

Public NoticeThe Adair County Fiscal Court will be accepting bids for a Security Camera System at the Adair County Regional Jail. The camera system should be comparable to the GE Security/UTC Fire & Security CCTV System Specifications. Bids will be accepted at Adair County Judge Executive Ann Melton's office until 7:00 p.m. CST on August 10, 2010.

Bid specs can be picked up at Adair County Judge Executive Ann Melton's Office, 424 Public Square, STE 1, Columbia, KY 42728 during normal business hours, Monday-Friday.

Bids will be opened and awarded at the Regular Monthly Adair County Fiscal Court Meeting on August 10, 2010, in the basement of the Adair County Annex Building, 424 Public Square,, Columbia, KY. Meeting will start at 7:00 p.m. CST. Bids will be awarded based on the best offered. The quality of the units, their suitabillity for the anticipated use and guarantees will be considered. The Adair County Fiscal Court reserves the right to accept/reject any and all bids.
