Obituary: Delmer Eads, Jr., 79, Russell Co., KY

Mr. Eads was a farmer, a US Army Veteran, and was a member of the Jennies Chapel United Methodist Church

Delmer Eads, Jr., 79, died Monday, July 19, 2010, at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, KY.

The funeral services will be at 11amCT, Thursday, July 22, 2010, at Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 Main ST, Russell Springs, KY with Bro. Glen Richardson the officiating clergy. Visitation will be after 9amCT, Thursday, July 22, 2010, at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Wilkerson Cemetery.



Delmer Eads, Jr., Russell Co., KY (1930-2010)

Delmer Eads, Jr., was the son of the late Eve Ann Emerson Eads and Delmer Eads. He was born in Russell Co., KY, on, Thursday, December 25, 1930, and died Monday, July 19, 2010 in Somerset, Pulaski Co., KY, at the age of 79 years, 6 months, and 24 years.

He was a farmer, a member of the Jennies Chapel United Methodist Church, and was a veteran of the U.S. Army.He is survived by the following:
  • Two brothers: Gerald Eads, Murray, KY; and Earl Eads, Columbia, SC

  • One niece: Geniece Hansens, Champaign, IL

  • And several nieces and nephews
Bernard Funeral Home, 367 Main ST, Russell Springs, KY, in charge of arrangements.
