A few Hope for Sarah t-shirts still available

There is still demand for the Hope for Sarah t-shirts, it was found after a CM reader living in Louisville, KY, inquired:
To ColumbiaMagazine.com:

I was wondering if you knew if there are still "Hope for Sarah" t-shirts available and where I can get them.

I live in Louisville and know of her story and saw all the pictures from your area. I would love to get one (or a few). If you have any information, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
