Strong Women program starts July 12, 2010 The next Strong Women program will begin Monday July 12, 2010, at 12pmCT, noon. Classes will meet each Monday and Wednesday from 12pm-1pmCT at the Adair County Health Department, 801 Westlake DR, Columbia, KY. Strong women is for women 40 and over and utilizes weights to prevent or control osteoporosis and arthritis. Classes are free. For more information or to register call (270) 384-2286 ext 221.
