Forty-seven Russell Co., KY students make SCC honor List By Cindy Clouse News from Somerset Community College Forty-seven students from Russell County were named to Somerset Community College Dean's List for the Spring 2010 Semester. SCC's enrollment is more than 8,200 students with only 636 students making the spring Dean's List. To be a member of the Dean's List, a student must maintain a 3.5 grade point average and be a full-time student at Somerset Community College.
