Obituary: Philip A. England, 80, Adair Co., KY native Mr. England was a member of a large, respected South Adair Co., family. He was a member of Grider Memorial Chapel Baptist Church and was a US Air Force veteran of the Korean War. He will be buried in his native Breeding, KY, with full military honors. He was retired from Ford Motor Company. His marriage to, Ruby McKinney England, who survives, endured 59 years. Philip A. England, 80, Cave City, KY, died Friday, July 2, 2010, at the T.J. Samson Hospital in Glasgow, KY. The funeral service will be Tuesday, July 6, 2010, at 11amCT, at the Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville ST, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Kenneth Grizzle and Bro. Jeff Lile officiating. Burial will be in the Fudge Cemetery, 847 Independent Ridge RD, Breeding, KY, with full military honors presented by VFW Post 6097. Visitation will be after 1pmCT, Monday, July 5, 2010 at the funeral home. Philip A. England, Adair Co., KY (1929-2010) Philip A. England was the son of the late Porter and Laura Delpha Roach England. He was born in Breeding, Adair Co., KY, on Wednesday, September 18, 1929, and died in Glasgow, Barren Co., KY, on Friday, July 2, 2010, at the age of 80 years, 9 months, and 14 days. He was a member of Grider Memorial Baptist Church. He was a US Air Force veteran and served in the Korean War. He was retired from Ford Motor Company. Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Ruby McKinney England of Cave City, KY, and the following:
