KSP makes arrests in two county theft ring By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY A two month investigation into a theft ring in Russell and Adair Counties has ended with the arrests of four persons and the recovery of over $15,000 in stolen property. Detectives from Kentucky State Police, Post 15 as well as Adair County Sheriff Ralph Curry and Russell County Sheriff Larry Bennett, searched 5 residences in Russell County and located stolen property. Items recovered included 3 ATV's, a television, home decor items and antique collectibles. The burglaries occurred in the communities of White Oak, Montpelier, and Old Columbia Road. Those arrested were:
