She was a Head Start teacher Phyliss R. Snow Malone, 63, Lucy LN, Jamestown, KY, died Friday, June 4, 2010, at 9:43amCT, in Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital, Somerset, KY. The funeral service will be Tuesday, June 8, 2010, at 2pm at H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, 202 N. Main ST, Jamestown, KY, with Bro. Phillip Miller officiating. Burial will be in the Collins Cemetery, Jamestown, KY. Visitation will be at H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel after 5pmCT, Monday, June 7, 2010. Phyliss R. Snow Malone, Russell Co., KY (1947-2010) Phyliss R. Snow Malone was the daughter of the late Forest Collins and Ruby (Mann) Collins. She was born Friday, April 25, 1947, in Jamestown, Russell Co., KY, and died Friday, June 4, 2010, in Somerset, Pulaski Co., KY, at the age of 63 years, 1 month, and 10 days.
