C-AC Water Commission recognized for totally optimized plant

The Columbia/Adair County Water Commission was recognized by the Energy and Environment Cabinet Department for Environmental Protection Division of Water for meeting the Area-Wide Optimization Program goals for both settled and filtered water in 2009 and being considered a "totally optimized plant" for turbidity/microbial removal. -Jennifer Carter
