Adair Co., KY native gets 61% of vote
in Boyle Democratic primary


Boyle Co. County Judge Executive Harold McKinney,wins Democratic nomination in landslide. Adair County High School graduate looking more and more like Kentucky Governor material. -CM

DANVILLE, KY - Harold Walton McKinney topped a field of four Democratic candidates in the Boyle County Judge Executive's primary election yesterday. McKinney received 61.3% of the votes cast. His closest competitor has 23% of the votes.

McKinney is a native of Garlin, Adair County, KY; a graduate of Adair County High School, Centre College and the University of Kentucky Law School. He has served the last two years as County Judge Executive and will now face Republican opposition in the fall election for a four year term. Harold and his wife, Carol, live in Boyle County.
