Barbara Armitage ascends to new life phase

Celebrated Tucker's Station garden center is now closed - forever, co-founder says, announcing a new calling.

To ColumbiaMagazine.com:
I am glad to say that Tuckers Station is closed for the season, actually forever! I have worked from day light to dark this past couple of months and I need a rest. Please pull the ad for me. I really appreciate your help.

As soon as I can get past this weekend with the Garden club I am going to take a long nap and refocus on what I think is important - like making wine!

If I have some really good stuff - I trust that you will be willing to test it for me?

Thanks,

s/Barbara Armitage

The ad is pulled. Thanks for the invitation, but I can cite you verse and chapter in the Adair County Book of Had Oughts, which proscribe wine drinking. My upbringing won't allow. Momma wouldn't abide such. That's the kind of doings which has been proven to lead to dancing and who knows what all. There's plenty enough sin a'ready. -EW
