Obituary: Mr. John Lloyd Zeno, 83, Adair Co., KY

Mr. Zeno was retired from the US Air Force and was a veteran of the Korean War and World War II. He was a member of the Lions Club and was a MG car enthusiast.

Mr. John Lloyd Zeno of Columbia, KY, son of the late Alvin Carl Zeno and Paullett Anderson Zeno, was born on Wednesday, May 26, 1926 in Dayton, Ohio and departed this life on Friday, May 14, 2010 at the Taylor Regional Hospital, Campbellsville, Taylor Co., KY. He was 83 years, 11 months, and 18 days of age.



He was a retired from the United States Air Force where he worked in Logistics. He was a veteran of WWII and the Korean War having served in the United States Army. He was also a member of the Taylor County Lions Club and MG Car Club in Ohio.

Survivors include a son: Steve Zeno of Columbia; two grandchildren: Andrew Zeno of Ohio and Dustin Zeno of Maryland; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Mr. Zeno was also preceded her in death by a son, Greg Zeno in 1996.

The family has chosen cremation and there will be no services.

Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S. Main ST, Greensburg, KY is in charge of the arrangements.
