Absentee voting at Machine in Annex Office jumps today At 3:45pmCT, today, a total of 175 voters had cast ballots on the absentee voting machine in the office of Adair County Court Clerk Shelia Blair, Adair Annex Building, 424 Public Square, Columbia, KY. The machine is open until 4:30pm today, Friday, May 14, 2010. The machine will be open from 8am to 12 noon CT on Saturday, May 15, 2010, and again on Monday, May 17, 2010, from 8am-4:30pmCT.
